Our Client in Darra is looking for Internal Sales Administrator for immediate start.

Our client services a wide array of markets, including Electrical Wholesale, Plumbing Wholesale, Industrial Wholesale, Automotive Wholesale, Commercial, Energy & Infrastructure, Industrial, Resources and Transport.

Details of Job Description

  • Report to QLD State Office Manager at Darra site.
  • Utilise data entry and telephone skills in internal sales office.
  • Handle incoming sales calls, ensuring high customer service.
  • Enter purchase orders into company system and print pick tickets.
  • Liaise with Product Suppliers, Electrical Wholesalers, and Product Specialists.
  • Support Sydney Warehouse processing and Warehouse Team.
  • Collaborate with Business Category Managers.
  • Contribute to busy internal sales office success.

Profile
To succeed in this role you will need to have the following;

  • Mon-Fri 8:30am5:00pm availability
  • High Data Entry Accuracy and Speed
  • Entry-Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Word proficiency
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader expertise for PDF tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome Effective, detailoriented,
  • Professional, friendly phone manner
  • Strong time management, thrive under pressure
  • Collaborative team player
