Our client, who has proven to be a significant player in the packaging industry, is in search of a competent and committed customer support officer to join their friendly and experienced team at Kewdale.

Description

Assist clients in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any inquiries or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Profile
- proven experience in customer support or a related role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
