The Business:
Recently securing a significant amount of government grants, this business is experiencing a substantial amount of growth. As a registered training organisation, they assist all types of people to find employment. Providing them with skills and knowledge, you can work with an organisation that prides itself on making a difference.


The Role:

Reporting to the Student Support Manager, your responsibilities will include dealing with student inquiries and the enrolment process from end to end


Specifically:

  • Investigate and resolve any complaints when appropriate
  • Liaise with the course trainer
  • Manage the database with any course and student changes.
  • Manage student attendance
  • Process cancellation or withdrawal requests
  • Issue Awards and Certificates
  • Maintain relationships with trainers, colleagues, students, partners, and host organisations

To Be Successful:


  • Registered Training Organisation experience is preferred
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to deliver highquality service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage and encourage students
  • Sound computer skills
