Our client, a national independent membership organisation is recruiting Program Delivery Partner for their office based in the Perth CBD.

This is a 10 months contract, full time hours, Monday to Friday (no option to work from home due to the nature of the role).


The organisation

Our client is a national membership organisation that engages in the leadership community and organises webinars, seminars and courses created for leaders.


The role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Organize all logistics around events: including booking venues, presenters, catering, set up and set down, and all other administrative functions as required ahead of time.
  • As the primary contact, engage with all participants from program registration through to completion to provide guidance and answer queries.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate input and support is provided throughout each stage of delivery.
  • Hosts members, clients, and guests across designated facetoface and virtual delivery platforms.
  • Certification 4 in Training and Education or equivalent related experience
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and/or event
  • Proven understanding of financial accountability, invoicing, and reporting
  • Business corporate attire for professional appearance is essential for this client
  • Intermediate skills in Word and Excel
