Hybrid flexibility (Working from home 2 days a week)

Recruitment Partners have been given the opportunity to partner with a national law firm that has an excellent reputation in the industry.

In this position, you will play a significant role in facilitating the process of collection procedures within the Firm.

What will U be doing?

Following up overdue accounts, arranging for collection, and preparing standard collection letters in a timely manner;
Preparing aged debtor ledgers;
Maintaining the collections system on client accounts;
Raising credit notes and actioning relevant reports; and

Updating client information and generating new client information with related credit checks according to the Firm's quality standards.

What experience do U need?

The ability work with and manage a range of internal and external stakeholder groups;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
The ability to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team;
Strong organisational skills and a high sense of confidentiality and discretion; and

Competent knowledge of Excel and Practice Management software (experience using Aderant Expert will be highly regarded).
