About the role

We have an opportunity for an
Injury Management Advisor (IMA) to be part of our Workforce Safety Command. The role works as part of a multidisciplinary team to support officers who have suffered an injury or illness.

The IMA is responsible for focusing on early intervention and supporting the safe recovery of injured officers in the workplace.

The role holder will build and sustain relationships with injured employees and management to negotiate suitable and effective recover at work plans.

The IMA also maintains relationships with external stakeholders such as doctors and the insurer.


This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
