About the role


We have an opportunity for a Manager, Placement Services to be part of our HR Transactional Services, Shared Services Command.

The Manager - Placement Services provides direction, supervision, support and expert advice to the team and stakeholders in recruitment, assignment, mobility and contingent labour services to ensure the service delivery and compliance across NSW Police Force.

The role also drives continuous improvement of recruitment related activities to meet business requirements, service level agreements, legislative reform and industry best practice.
