The Company

The Role

Support all endtoend category management of defined categories from sourcing through to contract management.
Managing each categories financial performance with an eye for identifying any cost saving opportunities, as well as delivering on this.
Proactive with providing any recommendations on short/long term supplier strategies.
Assist in the design and implementation of sourcing strategies to identify new opportunities to improve supplier base and, in doing so, reduce potential risk.
You will deliver sustained value and competitive advantage to the business by managing closely key supplier relationships and negotiating smartly to achieve cost reductions and optimal category performance.

Your Background

Experience working in a complex procurement function.
You will have the ability to work across all functions within the organisation, communicate at all levels and negotiate improved total value outcomes.
Degree qualified, you will be naturally influential and enjoy a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
With demonstrated superior supplier management skills, you will effortlessly engage internal and external stakeholders, bringing them on a journey of change and continuous improvement.
