Initial 6 month contract (potential for permanency)

  • Up to $145k package


As this FMCG organisation embarks on a period of change, they are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their team to navigate this transition.


This initial 6 month contract has the very real potential for permanency and will support across all facets of the employee lifecycle.


The main key areas of the role include:

  • Business Partnering for the Corporate division
  • Reporting & Analysis (safety, compliance, diversity)
  • HR Projects


Ideally you will come from a HR generalist background where you have developed skills and experience across most facets of the employee lifecycle.

You will have a continuous improvement lens where your new ideas on improving processes resulting in greater efficiencies and effectiveness will be welcomed.

While you love partnering with stakeholders, you also enjoy HR metrics and understanding the story data tells and how it can add value.
