What you'll be doing


To provide nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.

  • Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline
  • Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience. Demonstrated experience and skills in suicide risk assessment and management.
  • Experience working in community mental health and a demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act.
  • Extensive case management/care coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Current NSW Driver's licence.
  • Proficient in working with data systems and computer skills, in particular knowledge of Microsoft Office Word software.
