    Great opportunity for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about making a difference in the community space.

    The organisation
    4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with this values driven organisation committed to supporting their local community which is predominately over 65.
    Very generous salary package available. But the key selling point with this organisations is their culture. They are a team of 15 and growing rapidly off the back of an incredible staff retention record.

    The role
    Tthe team has a large group of physios and are looking to increase their headcount. This is a real opportunity for a Physiotherapist who would like to develop themselves in the community space. This would suit a physiotherapist with or without community experience. Many of the Physios in the team came from private practice and have flourished into leadership roles due to the exceptional training provided.
    The role is predominately an over 65 caseload but there is opportunity for some NDIS work also. The organisation believes in work life balance with some tasks being done from home

    Qualifications / Essentials

    • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent
    • AHPRA registration
    • Current Victorian driver's license
    • National Police Check OR National NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Current season Influenza vaccination
    • Current COVID vaccination
