    Job description:
  • To develop and deliver digital communications strategies for the State Roads Division, including the creation and management of digital communications materials. Support and improve State Roads Division communications and stakeholder engagement activities through the use of digital media.

Duties:


  • Work with the Team Leader Communications to develop and deliver digital communications and engagement strategies for the State Roads Division.
  • Provide advice on the delivery of effective, professional and innovative digital marketing and communications strategies, activities and tools.
  • Develop and manage the Division's social media content.
  • Work with Divisional staff to identify and develop appropriate content for publication and identify the best communication platform.
  • Develop and manage content for the Division's website.
  • Develop and distribute content for the Division's electronic newsletters.
  • Report on the effectiveness of digital communications and engagement strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with other members of the Stakeholder Communications Branch to identify and develop opportunities to improve communications and stakeholder engagement activities and processes through the use of digital media.
  • Projectmanage digital communication projects.
  • Undertake other communications activities as requested.

Desirable Requirements:


  • A current full car driver licence.
  • Tertiary qualifications in digital communications, marketing, or related discipline and/or experience in marketing and communications activities.
