We currently have an opportunity for a
Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Star Gold Coast.

At Uncle Su's you will find the freshest live seafood, hand-made lunchtime yum cha and a delicious blend of Cantonese style favourites with a selection of signature Beijing and Szechuan dishes.

This role would be perfect for someone with previous experience leading shifts in a busy restaurant.

As the Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading team members on shift, ensuring they are supported to deliver 5 star service
  • Support the management team with people related tasks including training, development and recruitment
  • Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to increase customer loyalty

What are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who loves using their initiative, think creatively and go the extra mile to ensure guests return to The Star Gold Coast.


  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fastpaced restaurant
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests (bilingual speaking highly regarded)
  • Previous experience building relationships as a leader, including ability to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback
  • Flexibility to work and support a business that operates 7 days per week
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
