Learning & Development Coordinator
Join our team as the Learning & Development Coordinator at The Star Gold Coast


As a L&D Coordinator, you will deliver training activities across our Gold Coast property to ensure quality learning outcomes and a positive orientation experience for new team members.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver quality training needs for Team Members in Gold Coast.

This role will suit those who have exceptional facilitation skills and are comfortable in hosting onboarding events. You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of onboarding initiatives.

Using your strong communication and organisational skills you will ensure that the training needs of our Team Members are met.


About the role:


  • Organise and facilitate the employee onboarding and reboarding process including Welcome Day and F&B Onboarding support.
  • Organise, schedule, and govern The Star Academy offerings. You will also manage learning modules and update attendance.
  • Undertake data creation, analysis and reporting for a range of The Star Gold Coast initiatives including compliance, risk, etc.
  • Professionally and promptly respond to L&D queries from various stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop and implement internal procedures for the effective and efficient coordination of L&D activities.

What we are looking for:


  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or experience in Learning & Development desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with high volume and strict timelines.
  • Solid understanding of The Star Entertainment and its' offerings.
  • Highly organised individual with advanced Excel/computer literacy.
