    What We Seek in Our New Practice Manager:

    • A background in the dental field, combined with proven management experience.
    • Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a professional practice is highly sought after.
    • Demonstrated people management skills, empowering you to lead, motivate, and elevate teams for heightened staff productivity and overall excellence.
    • Proven business acumen, particularly in reception and various administrative components crucial to a thriving practice.
    • A history of driving business expansion and maximising profitability, distinguishing you in the field.
    • Strong organisational skills to efficiently allocate time and resources, ensuring objectives and deadlines are consistently met.
    • Your keen eye for process refinement will enable you to implement innovative strategies and protocols, providing unparalleled patient experiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a prerequisite.
    • Meticulous attention to detail is one of your defining traits.
    • Adaptability and the ability to seamlessly manage the front desk when needed are essential attributes.
