The Technology Adoption Coordinator is responsible in operating and managing Crown's asset management strategy through the maintenance of the IT Asset Management policies and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset, and standardised approach across the Crown Resorts Group
This role requires strong customer service and relationship building skills to engage with all levels of employees across the business, across the Crown Resorts Group.
You must possess strong analytical and technological skills to manage multiple operating systems, digital platforms, technologies, and collaborate with the Asset Coordinator to continuously improve Crown IT's asset management framework across the Crown Resorts Group.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for executing ongoing strategies to ensure Crown's assets and technologies are reliable and maintained to meet operational expectations now and in the future.
- Ongoing contractor and vendor management to ensure value for money and return on investment is delivered to the business Report on business performance to Senior Management on a regular basis.
- Oversee the controlled processing of support requests for nominated systems ensuring they are completed in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with stakeholders and internal clients.
- Creation of all required documentation including templates, standard operating procedures, and communication across the Crown Resorts Group
- Develop and implement effective management plans, tools, measures, and systems in accordance with the Group IT Technical frameworks
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- At least 2-5 years technical experience in an Information Technology environment
- Strong knowledge of databases and operating systems
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility technology and controls
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage competing demands
- Extensive experience with effective stakeholder relationships and reporting
- Excellent communication skills
