The Analyst - Customer Probity will support Crown Resorts Customer Onboarding Team, providing accurate advice for the customer to be granted access to gaming areas at our Crown Properties.

They must ensure this is completed in line with Crown's Legislative, Regulatory and Compliance framework, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting of these activities.


The Analyst - Customer Probity is required to access multiple Crown systems and dashboards, also liaising with various stakeholders within the Crown Group, to make an informed and accurate decision on a patron.

Where an adverse finding occurs and the patron is not granted access, to escalate and assist in the investigation of the case through to a cleared/not cleared to proceed result.

**Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Perform Customer Probity activities to ensure that they are compliant with relevant policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant compliance and legislation relating to customer processes (e.g. AML/CTF, KYC, and Privacy etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Ability to work a rotating shift to ensure 24 hour/7 day operations

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in performing CDD, Probity and/or ECDD processes
  • Experience in making informed decisions when faced with complex situations
  • Research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional probity and credit clearance, and ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences
