_ The Opportunity?_


With current work scopes increasing,
SIMPEC has long-term opportunities for experienced
Boilermaker/Pipe Fitters, Scaffolders and Riggers to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Supervisor and
working locally at the
Kwinana based
Cockburn Cement Upgrade (CCL) Project, these positions will work an ongoing
Monday to Friday, 50-hour work week.



_ The Details?_


This
Greenfields Project is significant for the WA economy and will showcase the latest technologies in cement production, with the plant featuring a lower carbon footprint with CO2 emissions projected to reduce by up to 20% compared to existing operations.


  • ASAP start, with at least 12 months of work
  • A Monday to Friday work week hours per week
  • 6:30am start 5:00pm finish
  • Rates and allowances include but are not limited to:
  • $41.61 to $43.58 per hour with penalties
- $17.43 per day travel allowance
- $2.50 per hour worked Project Incentive Payment (PIP) - paid out at project completion

  • 1.75 ordinary hours per week severance

_ About You?_

  • Always lead by example with respect to health and safety on site, contributing and complying with all site safety initiatives and procedures, and embracing the
    SIMPEC SIMSafe culture framework.
  • Previous
    experience in Construction:
  • Hold a
    Construction Card/White/Blue card:
  • Hold
    Working at Heights from within the last 2 years
  • Hold a current
    HRWL with Elevated Work Platform above 11 meters (for Riggers only)
  • Hold a
    First Attack Firefighting ticket (for Boilermakers/Pipe fitters only)
  • Comfortable building positive and productive working relationships with your colleagues and relevant site stakeholders
  • Strongly demonstrate and support the
