We're seeking a Communication Officer to join us in full-time role at our head office in South Brisbane.

The role:

As the Communication Officer, you'll be integral to our experienced and creative Marketing and Communications team. Each day, you'll be working on different projects and campaigns to connect with our people across the globe.

With your dynamic writing skills and eager eye for details, you'll generate compelling content to deliver across multiple mediums. You'll manage content calendars and communication platforms while being encouraged to generate new concepts and ideas.

Key elements of the role will include:

  • Supporting, developing and delivering content for a broad range of communication channels.
  • Maintaining content calendars and schedules.
  • Monitoring outputs to generate reports to support and enhance employee engagement.
  • Being the daytoday team expert By maintaining calendars and schedules of content, you'll be at the centre of it all. You'll have the opportunity to create and be crucial in prompting and pushing the delivery.
  • Producing internal newsletters.
  • Developing and growing connections with our frontline teams. We'll encourage you to find the 'gold nugget' stories, which are found by being curious and willing to explore.
  • Ensuring creative content and production quality of communication materials are consistent with Group values, corporate objectives and corporate identity.

If you:


  • Are passionate and versatile, recognising the need to respond to different needs in a busy work environment
  • Love working with people, are agile and great at nurturing relationships
  • Have at least 2 years demonstrable communication and digital media experience
  • Enjoy writing and have strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Love exploring, navigating and using digital platforms we'd love for you to reach out.
