A prestigious machinery manufacturer and distributor located in Melbourne are seeking a
driven and experienced individual to join theirsales team, as they continue to experience unprecedented growth in the industry.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to specialize within a product range and develop and expand the customer network.

Supported by dedicated engineering and customer service team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

If you have a successful sales record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you, in shaping the future of the waste handling and plastics processing/recycling industries.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand customer base
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management

Applicant requirements:

Good technical aptitude
Successful sales record
Excellent phone/video manner, communication and presentation
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Waste Handling / Processing Plants
Balers and Compactors
Shredders and Size Reduction Plants
Organics Processing Plant and Equipment
Product Destruction Plant and Equipment
Plastics Recycling Machinery
Plastics Extrusion or Moulding Plants
General Process Plant in another industry

Qualifications & requirements:

Australian Drivers License (required)
Unrestricted Australian Work Rights
