Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Workshop Technician to join a Customer Service Team and provide a high quality service to a customer base by servicing and maintaining an impressive range of municipal vehicles and Waste Equipment

About the Role:

Undertake repairs, maintenance and warranty work on broad range of Municipal and Transport Equipment
Working efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes for customers
Undertaking pre deliveries and maintenance work on equipment
Answering technical enquires from internal and external customers

What we are looking for:

A relevant trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter, Mechanic or similar
Able to read and interpret engineering design drawings
Demonstrated experience working in similar position
An understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
Able to read and interpret engineering design drawings
Experience working in the heavy vehicle or waste industry is desirable
Sound verbal & written communication skills
Heavy vehicle license or ability to obtain
