    The Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Purchase Order Clerk to join their team. As a Purchase Order Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely procurement of goods and services to support our operations. Responsibilities of the role include:
    • Raise purchase orders
    • Produce reports on open purchase orders
    • Organize and maintain documentation related to purchase orders
    • Ad hoc accounts responsibilities

    Your Profile:

    • Proven experience in a purchasing/procurement role
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred)
