    Are you passionate about helping others develop essential soft skills for personal and professional success? Our client, a well-established RTO in Canterbury, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Behavioural Training Consultant/Facilitator.

    This is a contract role with view to a permanent role in the future. This is a rare opportunity to lead the development and delivery of impactful soft skills training programs, empowering individuals and teams to excel in areas such as leadership, customer service, conflict resolution, and more.

    Top 3 Job Position Highlights:

    • Lead the development and delivery of dynamic soft skills training workshops
    • Foster positive individual and team-based outcomes through effective communication and coaching
    • Make a difference by empowering clients to enhance their soft skills and drive success

    Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Design and facilitate engaging workshops on soft skills including communication, customer service, executive coaching, and influencing
    • Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and develop customized soft skill training programs
    • Create well-structured training modules incorporating real-world examples and case studies
    • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for executives seeking personal growth and development
    • Evaluate client progress and collect feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven track record as a facilitator, trainer, or coach in soft skills development
    • Dynamic presenter with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
    • Familiarity with leadership principles and practices
    • Willingness to tailor approaches based on individual and team requirements
    • Relevant certifications in facilitation, coaching, or leadership development are a plus

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Experience in facilitating soft skills training with real-life industry experience
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Leadership acumen and adaptability to tailor approaches based on individual and team needs
