Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification in training (e.g., CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer) is highly desirable.
Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Training Consultant, or similar role, with a strong track record in developing and conducting IT training sessions.
Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, software, and hardware systems.
Experience with modern training techniques and tools in IT education, including virtual learning environments.
Ability to create detailed training materials and manuals tailored to different learning styles and needs.
Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging and instructing learners of various IT skill levels.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training schedules effectively.
