  • About the RoleKey accountabilities include the following:
  • Provide executive administrative support to the GM
  • Manage organisation of daytoday activities, forward planning and coordination of meetings
  • Proactively manage information flow and communications, including internal and external calls, requests and correspondence and delegation of other matters to appropriate employees
  • Collate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts
  • Supports GM on projects as required
  • Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material
  • Supporting the functions of the business where required (HR, Finance, HSE)
  • Site administration tasks such as assisting with external visitors, site access requirements, catering, and other general administration duties


  • About You

  • We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, and embraces change. You will be required to work well with ambiguity and under pressure, at times with conflicting priorities. Experience in stakeholder management and administration at an executive level for a large organisation is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Sound business judgement, high professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (SAP experience is desirable)
