  • You will deliver high quality front line customer service, both inperson, phone and via digital channels.
  • You will provide exceptional, timely customer service sharing your broad knowledge of Council's services & offerings.

  • You will be a true team player you will foster an environment of achievement and collaboration.
  • Identify and help to implement continuous improvement of business processes and practices.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of our Customer Contact Centre by assisting with daily tasks.

The
Fine Print:
-
Package:$70,000 - $77,000 gross per annum plus 10.5% superannuation.
-
Hours of work:Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, 19 day month flexi time arrangement. Job share or part time arrangements may also be considered.
