Our client, a global leader in Data Solutions, is looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Sydney

They offer massively scalable, cloud-native data solutions that empower users and enterprises to run data seamlessly across multiple clouds worldwide, without experiencing downtime or lock-in.

The Role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in their Customer Success Team, actively engaging with potential clients to drive the initial stages of the sales process
and enable enterprises to discover the value of their database solutions for their modernisation and transformational outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate second level meetings for Account Executives, supporting leads from initial contact to qualified pipeline and successful closure.
  • Collaborate with Managers, Account Executives, and Field Marketers to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging for effective prospecting.
  • Conduct research on accounts and identify key personas.
  • Implement Territory Management/Strategy and monitor the social web for sales opportunities and leads.
  • Follow up on projects, providing detailed feedback on each campaign's success to Sales and Marketing Managers, and participate in Regional Sales Team calls/meetings.

Experience/Requirements:


  • Proven success and background in Software/Tech Sales.
  • Sales and prospecting experience.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
