The Company
Specialised property development and CRM technology software, located in Melbourne is on the lookout for a customer and technical support specialist to communicate with their clients around onboarding and technical queries using their technology.
A start-up company, with clients across Australia and spreading into the international market, the opportunity is here to get in early to be part of their growth and operations phase having successfully navigated through their start-up phase.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, both existing and potential.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues that they face with the technology.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth process.
- Configure and customise the company CRM.
- Understand the core product capabilities and limitations.
- Collaborate with clients to prepare and manage data.
Experience Needed
- Previous experience in a support role at level 1 or level
- Previous support experience in customerfacing roles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of languages such as Javascript and React
- PHP and MySQL experience is desired.
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong attention to detail, and possess an analytical problemsolving ability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will need to talk to customers.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Salary and Benefits
