Description
IPA are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Inspector/Team Leader to join our client based in Freemantle.
To deliver, direct and coordinate operational projects and assist in the management of the 24 hour operations and maintenance of the site and its assets.
Key Duties:
- Inspect and recommend maintenance activities on assets
- Assign relevant contractors to carry out work requirements
- Inspect all assets are serviced by the relevant contractors
- Monitor and record User assigned areas, meters and other charges
- Pre and Post inspections/reports of designated facilities
- Compile Maintenance reports/records on assets
Skills required:
- Experienced supervisor or leading hand in construction/heavy industry
- Working at heights
- White card
- Confined spaces
- Valid Drivers License (manual preferred)
- Microsoft Suite
Working Relationships:
- Operations Manager
- Asset Manager
- SHEQ Advisor
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
$ $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fremantle WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (preferred)
