Repairs/Serviceman
Due to continued growth we have the opportunity for a Repairs/Serviceman to join our team at Balance Mobility.

Balance Mobility is a mobility and healthcare retail business located on the Gold Coast and northern NSW. We provide mobility and rehab equipment to those in need through sales, hire, servicing and delivery.


To be successful in this role you must enjoy working with people, have experience in repairs and or servicing,basic computer skills and excellent communication skills.

You will be an energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possess attention to detail.

Starting from our warehouse at Biggera Waters, the role includes repairs and servicing of mobility equipment and delivering equipment on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW which can be physically demanding.

This is a vital role within our company as you will be the face of the organisation.

You will be face to face with customers in store as well as delivering goods to our clients in their time of need, servicing their equipment and building customer relationships.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Equipment repairs and servicing including wheelchairs, homecare beds, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, walker etc
  • Performing manual handling duties as required.
  • Some heavy lifting and cleaning of hire equipment

Personal Requirements

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Face to face customer service experience
  • The ability to attend to clients' needs in a genuine and empathetic manner
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility, adaptability and innovative
  • Willing to go the extra mile for our customers
  • Police check or the ability to obtain one
  • An open licence
  • An understanding of basic electrical as our scooters,electric beds and electric chairs highly desirable
Monday - Friday Roster


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

All employees within Balance Mobility are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Proof of vaccination will be required to successfully fill this role.
