    Approach Consulting are teaming with a leading Canberra construction company working across a range of sectors across the ACT. This is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level working across a variety of projects across the ACT region.

    The Role:

    • Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial forecasts to senior management.
    What You Need:
    • Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Solid programming and plannings skills
    • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
