Description
The specified personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:- Managing project scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, issues, procurement, stakeholder management, change control, governance and reporting;
- Managing project delivery team outputs, where applicable;
- Contributing to strategic and forward planning activities for the Section and its projects.
- Developing and maintaining Project plans, stage plans and delivery plans;
- Developing and Maintaining project and program reports;
- Developing and maintaining project risk plan, transition plans, Issue, Risk and decision logs,
- Supporting the development of effective working relationships with stakeholders by utilising their skills such as ethics, trustworthiness and personal organisation;
- Developing positive team ethos within the immediate workgroup through positive participation and communication.
Working arrangements:
It is expected that the work of the PM is conducted in the office on a 5 day, 40 Hour week.
Essential criteria:
- Strong experience and demonstrated success in the provision of project management of projects with significant business reform outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to produce highquality documentation including Project, stage, and delivery plans; Project and program reports and Project governance artefacts.
- Experience in a large portfolio agency.
- Cost of individual resources
