Evaluate incoming change requests related to products, programs and processes.
Analyse impact of proposed changes on other functions, workflows, and stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the change lifecycle.
Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and categorize change requests.
Lead the change board and facilitate review sessions with key stakeholders.
Establish and maintain formal change control processes.
Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures.
Conduct postimplementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, process improvement opportunities within change management.
Implement corrective actions as needed.
About you:About you:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in product change control.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to gather and analyse data.
JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint user.
