Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Proposals Specialist to join our Client's dynamic team to produce compelling bids, proposals and create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials.

Key accountabilities will be:

Collaborate with various teams to gather information and contribute to the development of persuasive and wellarticulated bids and proposals.
Create visually engaging graphics for marketing documents, presentations, and proposals.
Collate a company induction programme.
Provide some general administrate support including scheduling meetings, appointments and other events.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field/or relevant experience.
Proven experience in proposal writing, marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with advanced skills in document formatting), graphic design tools and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
