We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Australian Investments Team as a Team Support Administrator If you are a professional, self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and true team player, we would love to hear from you Don't miss this opportunity to join our team and make a real impact on the business.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to Investment Professionals.
  • Working alongside the Coordinator team to manage complex diary management, arrange meetings with Corporates and/or Internal colleagues regionally and globally, and provide direct Coordinator support to members within the Investment team.
  • Providing highlevel admin support, with a focus on expense management via Concur.
  • Handling adhoc travel arrangements for the Investments Team.
  • Working on administration projects, Corporate Days, Road shows, Site Visits, and Company Trips arrangements.
  • Acting as a backup for the Coordinator team during absences.
  • Performing adhoc administration outside of the daytoday role when needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Concur.
  • Experience working as a team assistant or an assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with names of Corporates, Brokers, and Fund Management institutions.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative as needed to manage daily tasks and calendar management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and good analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to connect and develop seamless working relationships with the Investment team, Corporate Executives, and Brokers.
  • Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
