ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and professional team who take pride in servicing high quality, market leading, Australian-made products.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Wall Mount Service Technician undertakes servicing to wall mounted units, both in-house and at customer premises.

You will also calibrate and service handheld devices and complete associated administrative tasks.

It is a requirement of this position that you could be required to travel to regional and interstate locations 1-2 times a month for approximately 2-3 days at a time.

You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-ground training.

ABOUT YOU
You must be eager to learn and comfortable working autonomously and within a small team environment.

To be successful in the role you require:

A willingness to participate in training and development.
Good computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite
A high work ethic and integrity
A positive mindset in dealing with work and people.
The ability to carry out physical tasks.
A current C class driver's licence and good driving history
Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test and provide a recent National Police Clearance
You must have the right to work and live in Australia to be considered for this position.

Previous experience within a service role or an electronics qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
