- Proven customer service experience, whether phone-based or face-to-face.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to interpret complex subject matter and convey information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office suite, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work across digital platforms and provide technical support.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift from 7am - 8pm
