Public Sector People are proudly partnered with City of Parramatta Council to recruit for multiple customer service officer on a temporary basis.

Initial 3 month temp contract w/ potential to extend

Hourly Rate:
$40 p/h + Super


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume calls, providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide information of organisation services, and resolve customer inquiries to best possible extent
  • Guide customers on navigating organisation website, assist with bookings, and complaints handling

Essential:

  • 2+ years experience in a call centre customer service position
  • Local government experience and/or experience with TRIM or TechOne
