Our Client is a leading property services organisation with a global reach.

They have an excellent reputation, can provide a great platform for career development and continue to grow their capabilities year on year.

They are currently seeking a Shopping Centre Manager to look after four of their retail assets in the Central Coast Region


The Position
You will be responsible to drive the strategy across these centres across revenue growth, day-to-day operations, and special projects.


Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Strong financial, budgeting, and forecasting ability
  • Ability to lead and coach a team of operations and administration managers
  • Strong interpersonnel ability; verbal and written communication skills
  • Lease negotiation skills with a strong sense of conflict resolution
  • Maintaining a strong personal brand, presenting with a professional and polished image
  • Understand retailer profitability
  • Understand property and accrual accounting principles
  • Supervise and oversee all marketing activities
  • Exude passion to embrace personal continual improvement

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of management experience within the Industry
  • Experience in retail property management including exposure to finance and budgeting, operations, marketing, and leasing
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of all property management disciplines
  • Exceptional Retail Managers will be considered
