_Marketing & Sales Officer_
We are education & migration consultants who have more than 12 years of experience in the industry. Our office is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing & Sales Officer to join our diverse team.

This role is critical in providing friendly, informative, and quality customer service to our students as well as supporting the overall delivery and management of the admissions.

Requirements:
-

• Communication is the key, the applicant must demonstrate a high level of written & oral communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Background in customer service; education & migration industry knowledge is a plus
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• A customeroriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problemsolving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team

Job Description:
-
Build and maintaining client relations

• Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation.
• Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
• Meet & exceed KPI's and sales targets monthly.
• Possess deep knowledge of business product & services offering and value proposition
• Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times Background in customer service; education & migration industry knowledge is a plus.

Part-time hours: 14 per week

From $23.23 per hour
