**Your Opportunity

**As an Associate Director in the KPMG Banarra team you will play a key role in: - Deliver large and complex multi-stakeholder projects with inter-disciplinary project teams.

  • Help shape the future strategy and direction for KPMG Banarra.
  • Contribute to the public conversation through thoughtleadership and other advocacy initiatives.
  • Mentor and help develop team members to reach their full potential; and
  • Call it as you see it and challenge the status quo.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:


  • Significant knowledge of and experience in the field of human rights and social impact, energy and natural resources sectors.
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of social impact assessment, Indigenous Peoples and heritage, community development, materiality, human rights, stakeholder engagement.
  • Significant experience in implementation of relevant tools and methodologies including stakeholder engagement, social research including interviewing, NVivo (or similar) coding and analysis.
  • Consulting experience or directly analogous skills and experience; and
  • Demonstrated experience managing people and projects.
**Qualifications
**We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in human rights law, workplace relations or employment law, social or political science, gender studies, community development, other area of relevance and/or equivalent experience.
