The Company:

***My client specializes in water purification technologies with services that cover the entire process, from water analysis and recommendations to design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and staff training for new systems. Offering water treatment solution around filtration, disinfection systems and deionisation, they now require a Service technician to service their install base across Victoria.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on various water treatment systems, including UV & RO systems, disinfection systems, and similar technologies.
Conduct water analysis and provide recommendations for water treatment solutions to clients.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
Provide onsite training to clients on system operations and maintenance.
Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in servicing water treatment systems in hospitals, manufacturing, universities, and aquatics.
Knowledge of UV & RO systems, disinfection systems, or similar technologies.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to regional Victoria when required.
Valid driver's license.
