Our client, a leading manufacturer of conveyor and power transmission products, is seeking a State Manager to join their team in Sydney.

Position Summary:
As the State Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and overseeing growth in New South Wales.

With a focus on the power transmission market, you will lead a team of three direct reports and develop effective sales strategies.

Our client is looking for someone with solid industry knowledge and the drive to succeed.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the power transmission market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize sales efforts and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven track record in power transmission, gearbox or conveyor sales within NSW.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
