    Opportunity: Sales Consultant/Equipment Specialist

    Are you a motivated Sales Professional with a knack for customer service? Are you ready to take on a fulfilling role where you can help individuals maintain their independence through top-quality mobility aids? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Sales Consultant/ Equipment Specialist

    Role: Sales Consultant /Equipment Specialist Location: Kedron Full-Time Position

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide customers in selecting the perfect mobility aids, including scooters and electric beds, tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
    • Demonstrate expertise in the proper use and maintenance of mobility equipment, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered. This includes in-home or showroom.
    • Conduct thorough product assessments and fittings to ensure maximum comfort and functionality for each customer.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while prioritising customer satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements to offer customers the latest and most effective solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or mobility sector.
    • Full unrestricted driver's license for in-home consultations (company vehicles available)
    • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
    • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment, as part of daily responsibilities.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service to customers.
