You Don't need to know everything about bikes - but a genuine passion for bikes helps
There is complete on-the-job training. You don't have to know everything about bikes although an interest in them doesn't hurt.

Sales Consultant's earnings range from $55,000 to $85,000 the (full-time equivalent) earning a base salary with uncapped commissions.

the current average nationwide is $67,000 with our top performers earning over $100,000k - when we say earnings are uncapped we mean it.

Every year our top achievers are rewarded with an overseas global event. this year were taking them on an all expensed Mountain biking trip to Whistler Canada for riding, partying, and rewarding their contribution to our company and customers
