The Opportunity
If you are a technically adept problem-solver with leadership skills and extensive food production experience, this

Team Leader/Supervisor position is your chance to shine. Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of 6-8 staff to deliver a high quality product, overseeing food processing, assembly and packaging, to meet production targets.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing staff as a Leading Hand / Supervisor
Managing food processing, assembly, and packaging lines
Ensuring Quality Control and adherence to recipes
Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment
Monitoring and maintaining production and output rates

Skills & Experience:

Be an experienced Machine Operator (food production)
Have proven team leadership experience in a similar role
Have extensive food production experience
Be technically minded with experience troubleshooting production line issues
Have a thorough knowledge of quality control systems and food handling processes
Be a clear communicator able to lead by example
Have a high level of personal hygiene
The right to permanently live and work in Australia
