The Opportunity
Working in a high-performance culture and a collaborative team environment, our client requires an experienced and motivated SQL Production Analyst Programmer to join their Technical Services team.

What you'll be doing:
Reporting to our Technical Lead (Technical Services) and working closely with other senior managers and team members, you will need to be able to communicate clearly at all levels.
Duties include:
- Processing database requests and extracting and manipulating information for various purposes, e.g. mailing house.
- Create basic SQL queries.
- Create Stored Procedures.
- Importing and modifying data into MS Access and SQL Server databases.
- Some manual cleansing of data prior to loading.
- Deduplication of data.
- Generate accurate statistical reports as required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver IT projects/tasks accurately and on time.
- Problem analysis, troubleshooting, debugging statistical data reports.

Skills & Experience:
- A degree in IT, or comparable experience
- SQL Server knowledge & experience including the operation of SSIS & SSRS
- Experienced with process reengineering
- MS Access experience (good to have)
- Intermediate Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Strong time management & organizational skills
