WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE?

An ability to work with a sense of urgency in a calm and professional manner
Ability to manage and work through across different priorities
Stakeholder and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people
Exceptional customer service skills

DESIRABLE:

Previous experience using Employment hero and Job Adder
Previous experience in high volume and health recruitment
