Davidson Technology have partner with a Geelong based organisation who are going through a large Salesforce Implementation. They're seeking a Release Manager with experience across IT Governance, Readiness and Release management.

Initially a 6-month contract with scope for extension and hybrid work from home model with a two days a week from home.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing of governance and process to support the transition project to "business as usual".
Using your strong technical understanding to drive issue resolution, manage dependencies and negotiate successful outcomes for environment requirement conflicts.
Influencing senior stakeholders to build effective relationships and drive the organisation's objective.
Responsible for ensuring business readiness; making sure areas of the business are ready to accept technology releases.

About you:

Experience working in IT projects, ideally working within large and complex organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the release, delivery of projects in its entirety.
Proven ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Confident with PPM tool, Jira, Confluence.
