Reporting to a highly collaborative and visionary Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager Corporate Services and Transformation will work strategically across the council to drive and embed an internal and external customer centric approach to service provision and position the portfolio as trusted business partners for the organisation.

With a focus on long term organisational sustainability, you will bring a strategic, innovative, and operational perspective that ensures the highest standards of service delivery are achieved across the portfolio.

Driving a high-performance team culture, you will lead a diverse portfolio that includes Finance, Procurement, Information Services, People and Culture, Risk and Safety and Business Improvement.

Finally, you will provide leadership for Council's significant enterprise - wide transformation program.
- disciplinary teams during times of change and transformation. You are experienced in driving and embedding contemporary corporate services practices within a complex Local Government or broader public sector environments. Demonstrated experience in financial and people management, digital transformation and service improvement will be imperative to your success in this role.
